    http://www.tweakguides.com/NVFORCE_1.html

Koroush Ghazi over at TweakGuides.com has just released his fully up-to-date tweak guide for Nvidia GeForce graphics cards.

I gave this a thorough read last night and it is very well-written, just like all the other guides on his site, which have been an invaluable resource to me for over a decade.

The GeForce Tweak Guide is comprehensive, covering every important 3D setting in the Nvidia Control Panel (along with screenshot comparisons when relevant), proper installation/removal and optimization of the graphics driver, and a range of free third-party utilities which provide additional useful functionality for your GPU.

A highly recommended reference for all Nvidia graphics card owners.

Nice find. Still reading though it. Lots of little questions I had about NCP/ingame settings competing/overriding each other were squashed.

I'm thinking this might be a good thing to sticky to be honest, will have to see what @ryzeki thinks but it would be a shame to lose this info, I've never seen such a comprehensive guide to NVCP before and it answered a lot of questions I had about the settings but felt I'd get laughed at for asking :p

I see no reason why not keep it as sticky

The nVIDIA Inspector write up isn't much.

But(!) the triple buffering tip (which I never noticed, because I apparantly don't see anything ever) is a GODSEND for the old-school games you play.

Literally forced it on all the old SW games and ATM, blasting through them on Steam :D
