This is the easiest way that i've found so far much like coolbits for XP. As a bonus there is also a very nifty NV Monitor that is used to keep an eye on some system variables as well as offer notifications.
There seems to be an issue when selecting the 'detect optimal settings' feature, it gave me the BSOD. I'm sure since Vista is still in its infancy that this will probably work better on some machines than others. Tested and working on a Toshiba A100-SK9 with an Nvidia 7600. After you set your sliders remember to update your Windows Experience Index, mine went from 4.6 to 4.9.
Remember...read the liability contract and have fun.

Iceman0124 More news from nowhere
On my desktop system I still cant get it to work properly with any available drivers, the official drivers give me the blue screen, all the betas drop my core from 450 to 427, and will fail any setting other than those two speeds. Before vista I was running my core at 531 and mem at 1600 (1320 stock) for almost a year without a single issue, NV needs to get a good driver out fast, in xp while overclocked I was scoring over 8k in 05, with official vista driver I'm geting below 6.5k, with the betas I get around 7.3 The.64's seem less stable than the .59's, its luck of the draw if my system will lock up when I exit a 3d app, though it is better than locking up during.
