Everything I have read suggests that in order to use the remote play feature, it is only supported on desktop 6 Series GTX GPUs and higher.
Is this a software limitation? I see no reason that a 680M should not be able to handle what a desktop 660 GTX can do. I assume there is a hack or work around but was wondering it anyone has first hand experience.

I've seen rumors of a Registry hack that allows streaming to Shield on mobile Kepler, but don't take my word for it because I have no experience. It's your call, but considering the significant monetary investment of a Shield I would play it safe.

Should work if you don't have optimus. Use at your own risk
- Right click GeForce Experience icon
- Properties
- Add -shadowplay at the and of the target path like so
.....nce\GFExperience.exe" -shadowplay
- Have a nice day
Here is my test on a 680m

Correct ShadowPlay is not the same as streaming PC games to Shield. Thanks for sharing your ShadowPlay footage but it doesn't help the OP.
