How do I know that my game is taking advantage of Nvidia Turbo Charge Technology (Sharing part of system RAM as if it were Video RAM)? The game in question is Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 and some third party add-ons. How do I find out with other games? I have GeForce Go 7400 64MB.

It's turbocache, not turbo charge for your future reference. If the card supports the feature then it will use it automatically when the application requires it. To confirm if it's being used programs like RivaTuner and CPU-Z should list the video memory being used at the moment.
