Erm, can you please roughly explain the process?

I ran the install on my another XP computer, it format my pendrive and extract something inside. Then i put in both the nvflash cmd file directly into the pendrive and restart but cant boot.

I'll do it 1 more time and tell you what error message i get and sorry for my crappy english.

K, i restart and get a "Boot failed" message.

    Here's what inside my pendrive.

    First format pen drive
Run Bootable flash drive maker and select floppy mode. Now you need to browse iso image file .thats all you need.

initrd? Ok... another problem = =

Let me just type out what i did so that you get a clear picture what i am doing and what i did it wrongly...

First, i format my 2GB Sandisk Cruzer Micro flash drive with "File System" set to FAT32 (Don't see the different of FAT or FAT32 in this case as both get the same result later)

    Then i run hpdkbu.exe, and select Next>Drive Letter J:>Create New w/o backup>floppy disk> image from file: initrd.img>Next>Finish

After that, i return to My Computer and found out that my flash drive being disconnected (The icon is gone) so i replug it. When i double click it, a message pop out saying "The disk in drive J is not formatted. blablabla".

So don't know the exact model I got, but its the only one in the us you can buy at Best Buy.

Maybe they use different memory on the gfx card as anything over 430 on memory crashes the driver, even leaving the gpu at stock. GPU seems like it can make it up to around 570mhz, so the same as yours, but much lower memory clocks.

Sure, i'm still working on my overclock value, current is 575/460(cut down from 470 as it cause all my game to crash atleast once, no idea if it was cause by driver or what. Still, it fixed by doing so.)

Tested 3d mark 16 times and no problem but when i play CoH(v1.71) , it will sure crash(screen hang, and a few seconds later recover). Wandering if it is cause by the game, driver or overclock value.

What driver version you are using?
If 3DMark06 (all 4 tests) pass 16 times that mean card can handle OC.I think you have driver problem.I'm recommend 163.44 driver

Not yet do the bios flash so still using 158.45, tested 575/500 just now and everything is fine. Going to do 3d mark test tomorrow and see how's it going.

Normally the game will crash in 2~3 minutes once i'm into the gameplay.

Done, 16x of 3DMark06 and no problem being encounter, flashed to 575/500.

but i got a bit problem.

I typed nvflash[space]-b[STOCKBIOS.ROM] as you said, but when i check my pendrive, the ROM file name is STOCKBIO. So i am wandering if i should rename it into STOCKBIOS or let it be. (I double check not my typo by doing it another time)

I just say that name(STOCKBIOS.ROM) to simplify the guide. You can use your own name.BTW Make sure to keep your Original BIOS @ safe place.Maybe nvflash can't remember that much longer name(small char value).

    I tried numerous time using nvflash 5.50 5.10 5.20 no go ....

EDIT: the only thing to explain is this could be a compal version of mxm2 type card not a standard/typical mxm2 card seen in many laptop. "Sigh" but I still open to solutions :)

Looks like your 3DMark06 score is bit low.

    Eg:

    My sys specs:2.0 Ghz/2 GB Ram /8600M GT GPU 572/MEM 472
    OS: Vista HM Premium 32Bit
    VGA Driver version 163.67 Modded
