I'm currently ordering a laptop for my boss and have the choice between the nvs 5200 card or to go integrated only with the hd 4000. Ive read reviews and the hd 4000 is quite impressive for intel integrated. Im wondering if its worth the 99 dollar upgrade for the nvs 5200. The 5200 is not really that impressive and I cant imagine it will be any more powerful than the hd 4000. Thoughts?

What kind of work does your boss do and what does he need it for? If he does any graphics work with rendering, then NVS 5200m would be good. Otherwise, it's not really much of an upgrade.

Basic work, word, excel, email, internet.... in other words, he really doesn't need it, but my inner geek says get it anyway lol. Ill probably just go with integrated. Thanks.
