I'm not so sure "best 3dmark result" equates to "best driver".

Proud new member of Team @Prema, download all my INF mods from here once it goes live.

    Code:
    # Download nvidiaProfileInspector from here only -> https://ci.appveyor.com/project/Orbmu2k/nvidiaprofileinspector/build/artifacts -> "export all customized profiles" -> leave unchecked "include predefined settings"
    # DDU
    # Disable driver signing
    # 7-Zip -> extracted driver package >> delete folders as shown above (don't skip this step) <<
    # Display.Driver folder -> copy only the corresponding INF file(s) below -> run setup.exe -> custom -> clean install option -> "Installation Successful” -> close installer.
    # nvidiaProfileInspector -> "import profile(s)" -> "refresh current profile".
    # Reboot
    # Nvidia Control Panel -> Change resolution -> "Use Nvidia color settings" -> Manage 3D settings -> Set Performance options.

Congrats j95 on becoming a prema team member.

@ pipyakas Magic Driver i mean a modded one that will let me install my GPU GTX 1060 due to device ID's missing from the list, its doesn't mean its a magic driver where it makes everything go warp 9 with pixie dust.

@Papusan: Yesterday I accidentally uninstalled Nvidia control panel now i can OC higher and temps lowered by 5-10C. On my sister's AMD GPU I installed Radeon Mod and tweaked some settings.

Little review on those drivers after 3 days of gaming, on a P775dm3-g + 1070 vbios v2 stock.

    My laptop is plugged to my 27" gsync QHD 165hz monitor ( fast fps/competitive games ) + 40" 4k hdr TV ( main screen : web/photo and video editing/all other games/movies ).

Gsync on laptop and external monitor works flawlessly. No bug at all, like i had with previous drivers few months ago. On my TV, this driver fixed all my stuttering problems in all games while playing in 4K : vsync ON, it was always moving from 56 to 60 fps. Was horrible sometimes. Now, it's rocksolid 60fps ( when i'm not gpu bound ) and is a really huge improvement in fluidity. No more ****ty framepacing. For my use it's awesome. Second point really important for me, they somehow deeply improve their upscaling engine. I saw huge IQ boost when playing native 1660P/1800P on my 4k TV. I really can't tell the difference now between those res and native 4k from my viewing distance ( ~2.5ft ).

[edit] removed part with performance drop. It was coming from a conflict with my ambilight software and this new driver.

I also saw a really strange change in the behaviour of turbo boost. Before, depending of the load on my gpu, i had a range from 1595 to 1860mhz. Now, be it 100% load or 30%, it always stay between 1660 and 1750. Can't explain this.

All in all, i'll keep this driver for the stuttering/frame pacing fix and upscaling quality boost.
