I know we've known about NVIDIA renaming their notebook GPUs to the naming scheme for quite sometime, and now they have decided to make it official.

Notice the new categories of products: Gaming enthusiast, creative consumer/gamer, mainstream consumer, value, and legacy.

And yes - the GeForce G105M, the GeForce G110M, and the GeForce GT 130M.

Actually, it's nice to see that they've provided playable resolutions.
The question is, are those accurate? And by playable, do they mean a solid 60 or 30+ fps?

They are doing that again just renaming gpus?
    Just trying to confuse ppl.
I think that is really bad marketing over NV.
They should just keep the 9 series the same and just make
new gpus to go with the new names.

Hopefully the GTX 180M and the 170M would have a higher clock speed and more SPs over the 9800M GTX and GT/GTS respectively, or most mobile gaming enthusiasts would be very disappointed.

I was already joking about this on another forum 8800GTS=9800GTS=GTX160

One thing that strikes me as sort of funny with the 9800GT being faster then the GTS?!?!

i dont get it? it just is faster? GTS denotes it being of lower caliber.

wow thats really weak. The 9-series was just the 8-series renamed and now so is this.

People who bought 8800M GTX's when they first came out must be ecstatic. Talk about a long lasting card.

Not all the 9-series were renamed 8s. Just the 9650M GS, 9500M GS, and 9300M G - the rest are on derivatives of the desktop 9 series.

It looks like NVIDIA had took off the GeForce 100M series content from their website, realizing their leak. Good thing I caught the screenshot while it was available. :)

Hopefully they will be able to post individual product details soon, and better yet: new drivers!
