I was wondering what type of Desktop (or laptop) graphics card I would need to play Oblivion which would graphically look like the 360 version. For desktop, I was thinking something along the lines of Dual 8600s, or a single 8800GTS with 320 MB. Would these graphics options suffice to play Oblivion and look graphically like the 360 version?

    Thanks.

It would look even better with the cards you mentioned.

8800GTS would be better than two 8600GTS's in SLI, and frankly, would far exceed Oblivion on the 360. On the PC you can also get hi-res texture packs (I use Qarls) and other mods to make it look EVEN BETTER.

But yeah, my 8800GTS, albeit 640MB, runs beautifully at 1680x1050 with 2xAA, Supersampled AA, 8xAF, and hi-res texture packs.
