Instead of seeing the details of my sword, I see a blank white sword swinging away. kinda takes away from the fun of the game if you ask me. This happens sometimes with my character too, his eyes. Anyone know why this graphics glitch is happening? Visual artifact maybe?

I got that too sometimes, for a while at least. I think it was because of shoddy driver and/or vista. Haven't got it installed at the moment, but i never ahd that problem with xp (or all vista drivers at that)

Never seen that on my Mobility X1600 or [desktop] 7950GT KO.

What version of Oblivion do you have, and what graphics driver versions are you running?

try 158.xx or higher, they'll give you much better performance. You can find them at www.laptopvideo2go.com. Read the instructions before you install (it's not just download and clickety-click).

Would these still work even though I'm running a 7400 GO AND vista 32-bit? I see that these are for 64-bit and i don't see 7400 go listed... should i try anyway?

... No gpu's are listed. They'll work on any nVidia Geforce GPU. Just press vista 32-bit on the left side of the page and you'll get the vista 32 bit drivers (you have to enter the driver page first). AND DON'T FORGET TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!

Better yet, here's the download page http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/drivers/vista
