hey guys, i got Oblivion using it on my AW m9750 with dual 7950GTX, 2 gigs of RAM, Vista 32.bit, T7200 C2D and i think i'm getting some rendering probs or something?in this pic as you see far things look crap , when i get close they do load,
-
stupid question but did you try changing to the setting like view distance?
-
everything to maximum.. view distance is set to the highest. when i get closer everything seems to load, the game requires the dvd to be inside right? cause the game is loading from the dvd
-
Mine looks like that too and I think its just the game. I haven't played around with mods yet but I think thats our only option.
-
Mine distance too is equal...i thought was normal???
-
Nope, I don't see any rendering issue in that picture. That's what the vanilla game looks without modding. Since you have dual go7950gtx, I highly recommend modding the graphics.
If you wan't to see distant objects, you need "More than almost everything visible when distant"-mod
And for pimping up your graphics, familiarize yourself to this site: http://devnull.devakm.googlepages.com/obliviontextureoverhaul -
and for those links... you ROCK thanks alot dude
-
No it is a problem with the graphics itself (I don't know why). If you go to www.tweakguides.com and look on the Oblivion section, I think there is a mod to improve this.
-
Same thing happens with me. Even with view distance and grass at maximum.
I'm pretty sure it's just the game.
I thought it was a pretty strange oversight by Bethesda. -
that's pretty lame. i thought it was my ati x1600 vid card back then when i played it.

Well, that was actually the point. It is comparison shot for the OP. But doesn't Google work for you? Or do you have problems using the mod search function in the Planetelderscrolls....
As I already stated mod the graphics with the help of that TOTO site. It has all the links you need.
