Oc with SETFSB and TERA

Hello everyone!

Ok I have been reading these forums for quiet a while and one day I discovered a thread here that works for people that overclock their cpu in win 7 via software (liek setfsb) and not bios to work around a windows timer function that win7 uses to sync time. You need to use this setting when you oc your cpu in win7, otherwise things get out of sync, in case of tera my skill cooldowns timers complete before you can actually press the skill again! Anyway I have been using that fix and it has been working flawlessly for every game and app, till tera released a new client for OBT. From that moment on this fix has giving me very low framerate when my UI is on, but it works flawlessly, still, if I have it turned off. My conclusion is that this function seems to have a conflict with tera ui, has anyone been able to find a solution? Thanks in advance.

The cooldowns do finish faster, ofc when you try to use the skill it will not work though at first I thought it was lag
