On my old machine I used to have an offline account in Games for Windows Live, so I could play the game, and save scores and such, without logging in to Games for Windows Live. I just set up a new machine, with the newest version of GfWL, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to create the additional offline account. Anybody able to help me out?

You need to log in online as usual and let it load up your profile, settings etc. After that you can attempt to log in with no internet connection, after the warning log in again and it should log in offline.
