Hey guys, when I installed the new Omega 6.7 drivers, I also tried out Battlefield 2. But, the game doesn't use up all my screen and the edges are chipped out. Do any of you's have this problem as well? I only started having this problem ever I installed Omega 6.7

    Thanks, Daniel

What resolution are you running the game in? If it's a standard resolution like 1024x768 (XGA), then you probably have the card set to only use up that many pixels on the screen and not stretch it across the whole screen.

Yup; I think it's called "lcd expansion" in the bios (that's what it is on my dell anyway)

I tried 800x600 and 1024.768 and both give same results. Except the bigger resolution makes the words even smaller.

This happened to me with call of duty 2, and I don't know what to do to see it better. Uninstalling the omega's?

This isnt a problem. Its preserving the aspect ratio so the game doesnt get streched. You need to go into your ATI 3D control pannel and click the displays tab. From there click on the "pannel" button. Then near the bottom, make sure "expand to full pannel size" is selected. This will stretch non widescreen resolutions to full pannel size. But it will distort.

800x600 and 1024x768 are not widescreen resolutions. So they will be streched. I recomend 1200x800 though. Its widescreen and usually not too demanding.
