COD4 is good for multi... no doubt about that.
Crysis is good, as long as your system is good.
UT3 is fun for those that liked UT2004 and fast-pace fraggin action. -
I still love BF2, COD4 is just as good. If not better
-
where is the best place to buy it? -
Best Buy and Fry's... they have random deals every week or so on software/games.
I personally like www.gogamer.com, their deals are sometimes unbeatable
Like now, they have CoD4 for $30 !!!!

Their 48-Hour Madness Sale is cool.
Kane & Lynch is selling for $20 right now too. -

The best online experience I've ever had:
Go buy Battlefield 2 anywhere; it's ten bucks. Skip all the expansion packs, they're worthless. Install, but don't bother playing yet.
Download the 1.41 Patch. Install, but don't bother playing yet.
Download Project Reality. Install. Never look back.
You will find a community that is woefully lacking in smacktards and 1337 super-sniperzzz. The mod is all about teamwork and tactics. This is not a run and gun type game; it's all about thinking, moving, and most importantly, communicating. You will use suppressive fire, you will flank, you will lase targets for your real live teammates in aircraft to hit with laser guided bombs. It's by far the most immersive online game I've ever witnessed. I'd strongly recommend using a mic. If you don't have one or don't want one, try the mod anyways. It will convince you. It has a bit of a steep learning curve, but it's well worth the effort, I promise. -

Americas Army is a great FREE online FPS created by the US Military. www.americasarmy.com

COD4 is amazing, one of the best games to have come out in recent years.
I bought it on Steam, but it costs a LOT for some reason (USD$70) and that's without VAT. The price we pay for convenience!
You would get a much better deal buying a DVD of the game. You only need it to run the singleplayer mode.
Btw, does anyone know why Steam charges so much for COD4? I thought Steam was supposed to be cheaper than retail... -
blah steam is kinda lame
i wanna buy it from a store but i dont wanna pay like 40 bucks for it
chepaest is gamestop but im gonna have to wait for it to come here and i want it now!
