    Can anyone help? I have a new Alienware M17 with a GTX280M, but cannot get OFDR to work with it. Has anyone else had these problems?

    thats quite impressive you have an m17 with a GTX280 as they

    A) never made an m17 with a 280gtx

    B) it wont fit as tthe 280GTX is mxm 3b and the M17 is MXM 2

    C) the M17 stopped being sold before the 280's shipped

    @ SGB, what do yo mean that you cannot get OFDR to "work" with it. What's it doing? Is it crashing in-game, will it start up, any error messages?

    If it is the m17 (not the m17x), I have OFP DR and it works fine. Windows 7, hd rd 3870s in crossfire. Runs great at maximum rez. If you need assistance, please post lots of details. OS, Drivers, Installation logs, errors, services that are running, other apps running etc.. etc.. etc...

    I agree, but doesn't need three reasons why if he forgot the "x" to be criticized why his GPU wouldn't work in a machine.
