I am wondering if it is possible to switch the preferred GPU according to power state. When I am on battery, I'll ALWAYS want maximum battery life, so I'd like for the discreet GPU to never come on. Conversely, there is no reason to not have the discreet GPU on when plugged in.
Is there any way to do this automatically?

I'm surprised Nvidia control panel does not have power state as a variable--shouldn't that be most important, considering Optimus is all about battery life?

    Thanks
