I know Orange Box came out ages ago, but my friend just reminded me of Counter-Strike and I used to play Counter-Strike way back when it was a mod for regular Half-Life but I haven't played CS: Source. I haven't ever played Team Fortress 2 either. Is it an amazing package still?

I've not bought a game in a long, long time (aside from subscribing to wow until a few months ago), I've just been playing America's Army 3 and Battlefield Heroes for my multiplayer entertainment.

Think Orange Box is still worth it? I keep asking myself this and keep thinking it's too old to justify buying it, lol.

The amount of games justify it, regardless of how old it is.

And there's still a large community playing TF2/CS:S. No gamer should be without OB in their repertoire. Do it!

TF2 is timeless! Or is that ageless? :) Anyway, it is a great package.

If you can swing the $100, I'd highly suggest the Valve Complete Pack. It's got all of Valve's games, including CS:S, TF2, and both L4D's, Portal, all the Half-Life games... I think it's a better value than the Orange Box.

    + 1!

Cant beat that offer, L4D2 is awesome and CSS is getting updated to use Orange Box Source Engine, just like Day of Defeat: Source.
