Im running a sager 2090 with laptop2go drivers 163.76 vista x64 on my 8600mGT. after time gaming it shuts itself off. no warning. boot up and get the message "unexpected shutdown, analyzing disk" to no problems. only happens while gaming. no RAM problems, ive already checked, i think its the drivers but id like some advice.

when playing the Orange Box hl2 and portal run fine (until my comp shuts itself down) but tf2 constantly freezes or gets in a perpetual state of minimizing and maximizing. help please, i need to game on!

Do you have any of these problems with the stock drivers?

Then it's a driver problem. Either try different ones, or revert to your stock drivers. You could also try uninstalling and cleaning the current drivers, if you didn't do so before you installed them.

I had the same issue with Team Fortress 2. I ended up forcing the game to stay minimized using Alt+Tab and Windows Key + D commands. Then I was able to maximize the game by clicking on it in the taskbar. It took awhile for the game to come up, but the problem has not occured again.

Are you sure you are using 163.76? That's a XP driver as Vista latest unofficial driver is only 163.75.
