    Hey guys,
Lets post here the stuffs about Overclocks/ or even Underclocks/Clock/Stability/Driver/Temperature/BIOS version/Games FPS....
I think thats will be very usefull
Btw what software could monitor the video card temperature??

Could we use some standart form like:

    Notebook model:
    BIOS:
    Video Card:

    When in Stock
    Driver: (name/version)
    Clock: (Engine/Memory)
Stability: (Good - when no problem is related, Poor - when some crash occur)
Temp: (on normal run/Full on games)

    When overclocked
    Driver: (name/version)
    Clock: (Engine/Memory)
Stability: (Good - when no problem is related, Bad - when some crash occur)
Temp: (on normal run/Full on games)

And any things about video card issue`s or related!!
    Bug`s:

    Thanks to all

    ACER model: Aspire 5672 WMLi /1GB/100/ T2300
    BIOS: ZB1 0.3209
    Video Card: x1400

    When in Stock
    Driver: Omega/3.8.291
    Clock: 445.5 / 342 - Using PowerStrip to check
Stability: Poor - whenever that i enter in any game my hole system shut down
    Temp: 38°C / 46°C

    When UNDERCLOCKED
    Driver: same
    Clock: 391/252
    Stability: Good
    Temp: same

I have to use my VC UNDERCLOCKED because at normal clock my system shut down when I start some game (gameplay for about 20 sec, or seeing a movie in wmp ).
Underclocked i can do all stuff without any shut down, so far!!

This is a good topic. :)

Notebook model: Sager NP5320-C (Clevo M560A)
    BIOS: Unknown (will look up)
Video Card: 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon X700

    When in Stock
    Driver: (name/version) Omega Catalyst 6.9
    Clock: (Engine/Memory) 351MHz: 351MHz
Stability: Good, never any problems on stock
Temp: (on normal run/Full on games) N/A (the Sager NP5320 does not have a temperature sensor on the video card)

    When overclocked
    Driver: Omega Catalyst 6.9
    Clock: (Engine/Memory) 425MHz: 410MHz
Stability: Good, rarely are there problems (fixed by a restart)
Temp: (on normal run/Full on games) N/A for reasons above

In games, I do get a visible boost from overclocking, it's worth it on the X700. For a general comparison, my stock 3DMark05 score is 2800 - with the overclock above, it is 3300+.

One thing, I suggest Mobility Catalyst 6.8 or 6.9, 6.12 kills performance by around 25-30% for me.

Strange, I'm running Catalyst 6.12 and haven't experieced any performance issues.

What are you running that runs worse with 6.12?

Nice scores, wonder why so high with 6.11??? I may just keep my 6.12s since there is proof the in Company of Heroes they make a big difference.

Ok, so Monday night I installed a second GB of RAM then ran 3Dmark 05 only to get 4269 at the same clocks (533/514). That score is 200 points lower than my previous best (4469 @ 533/414). If anything I was expecting the score to go up slightly with the increase in RAM to 2GB. Both runs of 3Dmark05 were run identically with the same programs running in the background and same drivers Catalyst 6.11 (no CCC). Anyone have any ideas what was going on here? I updated to the newest Omegas (based on 7.1) afterwards, will rerun 3DMark05 and post results when I get time.

New 3DMark05 with 7.1 Omegas with OC @ 533/414: 4381 still about 100 points lower but I did notice during the firefly sequence a few "artifact" looking spots that popped in 2 or 3 times, so I will try again with a lower OC. ATI tray tools gives 0 artifacts for 1 min with 533/414 so I think its safe on my machine.

I am going to try some other drivers and give another update in a few days

I would check for artifacts for about 5 minutes just to be extra safe.

just wondrin, iv tried 469/490 on a 512hypermem x1600 for a while and
the temperature increase wasnt too bad, and stability was fine aswell. Is
    this clock advisable?

btw, there was also an increase in performance :p

but as far as iv seen everyone has kept the core clock higher than
the mem clock, but that does that matter? Is it the ratio between
    the two?

I don't own an X1600 so I couldn't tell you, but with my X700 256MB, I keep the core clock higher than the memory clock. What are your default clocks? I would use those as a starting point and try to keep their ratio of core:mem.
