    Can i safely overclock nvidia 7600GS on my sony FE790 laptop. Has anyone done it. How can achieve it?

    Use Riva Tuner and be careful.. U should be able to put the clocks up to 400/450 safely..

    If overclocking isn't done carefully it is not safe. As a matter of fact I wouldn't call any sort of overclocking 'safe' because it's taking a risk.

    Remember all cards are different; some have higher limits than others.

    Unless your machine is struggling with games then I'd suggest against overclocking. It's an unnecessary risk.
