You could create a custom bios for your video card. I recently customized my lappy's bios (after reading many guides), and I am very happy with the results.

A couple downsides to this; it's risky, time consuming, and there's a chance you could brick your card. It is fun though.

Hit me up if your interested. I could give you the run down of my research.

You can try evga precision http://downloads.guru3d.com/EVGA-Precision-1.3.3-download-2112.html

This works on any video cards. However, this didn't work for me to well.

I use this instead: Zotac Firestorm http://www.zotac.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=117&Itemid=218

However, this program by default only works with zotac cards, however, you can get around this by holding the "shift" key when you start the program (or more preciously, when you click okay to the message box that appears).
