Hi guys, I really want to overclock my Nvidia GTX765M card but it's not vBios flashed yet. Currently I am running it at +135 core clock and +210MHz memory clock.

Can anyone help me flash my vBios? I want to push this card even further because I know it can hit the speed of a stock 860M or a bit more.

The cooling on my laptop is good, I have turbo fans enabled almost every time and keeps the temps cool, so no need for comments of temps.

    Thanks guys.

    The site to go to:

    Kepler VBIOS modsl

You didn't list what laptop you have so check that before flashing. Keep in mind that a careless/dirty flash can potentially brick your GPU so be wary and read all the instructions carefully :) I've done it twice on my MSI GT60 with 680M and no problems whatsoever.

The numbers next to the graphics card name:

    Dell 765m - 80.06.61.00.01

Those numbers, do they have to correspond with my graphics card? How can I check that because I remember there was a way to do so.

So if those numbers correspond with my one, that means it can be flashed with the vbios file corresponding to those numbers?

It's not that, I just wanted to increase my core clock by a substantial amount so I can get the same performance as a stock 860M.

Skimmed through the topic but didnt saw anything like a classic brand thats why I didnt saw it.. anyway you can be less aggressive..
It's kind of weird that he got a dell branded card in his lappy.. anyway, just save your bios using gpu-z and post it in the techinferno guys, they will take care of it for you :)

Yes I know that, I have made an account and posted my issue in the sections, but no one is helping and the guy who does all the vBios mods is very difficult to reach, what makes it even more difficult is my vBios is a very odd one. My luck right?

Oh, another issue I seem to be having now is increased temps from my CPU? It used to run at 50 degrees and bounced to 80 or so playing intensive games, BF4, etc. Now, when I'm idle its running at 89 degrees as if it's under a stress test.. What the hell is happening? I shut off the laptop and let it cool down for around 10-15 min, then turned it back on, was 50 degrees then went back to 89-91 degrees.

umgh, is there some program running in the background? Could be a virus or something.. Check your usage... As for the forum, you have to make 5 worthy posts which can take time or make a $5 donation to access the vBIOS mods.. You have a 765M so flashing one of the unlocked 765M BIOS's should be allright although you wouldn't want to take my word for it..

Well, I can't find any vBios mods for my specific vBios because isn't it that if I flash the my vBios with a different vBios file it will brick the GPU?

As for my CPU temps, I fixed everything, its back at 50 degrees but is that a bit too hot for a laptop? Or is that fine? Thanks.

50C is ok for idle... As for flashing vBIOS's, it really depends.. You shouldn't brick but its risky let's say..
