Hi! I've got a Dell Studio 17 with a Mobility Radeon 3650. I've been using Catalyst 8.10 under Vista 64 along with AMD GPU Clock Tool to overclock, but I'd like to update my drivers. Are there any other software tools like RivaTuner that work, and if not, how might I go about modding the BIOS?

There is nothing you can do. The only way to overclock with new drivers is through BIOS modding and only a handful of laptops support that methot and your model is not one of them...
