I have a GO 7800 and the 165.01 drivers are installed.

IS there any way to overclock my video card? Every time I try, it doesn;t stay OCed when I hit 'apply'.

Is there any way to do it?

What software are you using to overclock?

I'm using Rivatuner and the built in control panel. Neither of them will work.

Its because Dell lock the clocks in the video card bios. The only way to overclock it is to flash a different bios found here: ;)

Obviously doing this will invalidate your warranty.

Thanks for the link, but it doesn't look like my video card is supported. I have the go 7800, but it isn't listed.

It's strange because with the 97.95 driver, I can overclock no problem. It's only with the later drivers that I cannot.

Are there any other bios made for the 7800 that I could use?

not to mention the risk of screwing your computer over. as you are aware, do this only at your own risk.
