So far I have overclocked it from the stock 450/380 to 495/423. Everything seems to be running correctly, and my 3DMark06 test has risen from 2226 to 2448. The temp of the GPU is in the mid 80's during the 3DMark06 tests. I am just wondering where I should stop, and how I should know where to stop.

    Thanks

Dont increase your clocks any further. Seems like the GO 7xxx cards arent as OC'able as the 8xxx cards

If your getting 85c while using 3dmark06, thats already quite high. When prolonged gaming, expect up to 5c more which will be nearly 90c. 90c is in the unsafe range for OC'ing

Damn yeah, I got 96C while playing Call of Duty 4. But when I put it back to default stock, I still get 93.

You might wanna invest on a cooling pad

What kind of notebook do you have? Temperatures in the 90*C range and up can be damaging. Hotter components don't last as long. The GPU can sustain higher temperatures than other parts of the computer but still . . .

Check the cooling guide, cleaning out the notebook can greatly help temperatures. As noted, investing in a cooling pad is a good idea as well.
