I'm looking for programs other than Rivatuner so I can play with the 16x.xx series of drivers. Does anyone know any that work?

I'm on ATI Tool, but it seems buggy as I can't get memory clocks to do anything besides 100mhz? Do you have any idea why this would be? Do I have to obtain max core/memory clocks before the program will let me do anything?
