I've tried 3 drivers so far, one from a couple months back, 177.89, and 177.92
As soon as I start windows, I can overclock the GPU in rivatuner, apply and it won't automatically switch back. I've changed it from 475/400 to 650/500 and there is NO performance increase (or temperature increase) SO i'm guessing its not actually overclocked. After about 5 minutes of being in windows however, no matter what its been overclocked to, I can't downclock or overclock to anything as it will automatically switch back... I'm guessing rivatuner finally realizes that I can't overclock. Has anyone else had success overclocking with these drivers, what drivers do you recommend? Is something else wrong here?

    Thanks

You drivers arent OC'able on your gpu.

Try 169.09, these were the last OC'able drivers for certain gpu's
