Why do you want to overclock this card anyways. Its currently one of the best cards on the market. Overclocking could wreck your card, and void your warrenty.

Have you tried RivaTuner? I know some people use that to overclock Nvidia cards.

If you're getting small pauses, that's not the because of the video card. More likely, something is running in the background which is taking up CPU time. Try turning off the AV and other stuff you have running - not permanently, but just to see what is causing it.

Yeah, I agree that the small pauses are not being caused by your graphics card. Also, I think overlcocking the XPS might be getting in a little over your head. It doesn't sound like you know too much about what you're doing, and the 7800GTX in the XPS is a bit more difficult to OC than the standard card. It is BIOS locked, so you will have to flash the card's BIOS to whatever speed it is you are trying to OC to. I don't recommend it if you aren't sure exactly what you're doing

Yeah I think your right, I don’t know stuff about over clocking, but I fix this problem

I formatted the HD and I reinstall everything and it works fine no small pauses, the first time I formatted I install the dell driver then uninstall it to install the forceware, this time I just when str8 to the forceware and it work I don’t have no pauses while I play

    forceware using are from TweakRus.com
