Hi has anybody overclocked the P7350 in the DV5T? If so, what were the percentage increase in fps, also how much more heat is produced, idle and full load temperatures?

Would it be more worth it to overclock the cpu or gpu? check my sig

I'd say it's not worth overclocking the CPU unless you absolutely have to. I'd go with the GPU first, for several reasons, including the fact that it is less of a risk, and you get a greater gain from overclocking the GPU vs the CPU.

Personally, I would do the GPU first. If you find you are happy with how it performs, stay with it, but if you want to push it even more, overclock the CPU.

Also, just take note, the CPU may be quite difficult, as you will needd to find your PLL number, either by trial and error with SetFSB, or by opening the notebook, and finding the PLL chip on the motherboard.

For most games, it's true that overclocking GPU will usually be more beneficial, but I don't see why overclocking GPU involves less risks. From what I have seen/heard, it's quite the opposite. CPUs rarely fail, yet GPUs in general are much fragile when it comes to overclocking.
