Just wondering if anyone's used the official Nvidia System Tools package instead of RivaTuner for their overclock, or whether the former even works on mobile GPUs.

I use nTune which is integrated into the nVidia control panel.

And Nvidia System Tools IS nTune, just the latest version of it.
    Neat! Thanks!

Well, I'd need to get 3DMark06 again, and that requires an Internet connection with a higher bandwidth limit than the one I've got now.
I'll check back in a week or two.

Ookay, checking back - 175.61 doesn't allow nTune to overclock. Poop.

I don't know if it's related to that particular software but since I used it, my powermizer went completely silent... So basically I'm at my overclocked speeds even on battery, which is not good at all....

    I'm using System Tools 6.02 and have my 8800M GTX SLI's oc'ed to 600 core/900(1800)mem/1500 shader. With my X9000 oc'ed to 3.24hz, I get 14960 on 3DMark 06. Yay.

Works fine. Trying to find out how to disable auto-loading of the profile, however. IIRC, in the old days there was a key you could hold down during windows startup that would prevent the Nvidia clock settings from being loaded.
