    Hello,

I am encountering an odd problem since I have updated my display driver to 313.96; An overclocking method which I always used is completely broken after I have switched to the new driver.
Although this issue can be easily solved by re-installing older drivers, I would love to ask if this problem ever occurs to anyone else - is there a proper solution yet? I could not help but be obliged to use 310.90 instead because I can't accept to lose any amount of over clock

For anybody who doesn't know what I'm talking about, please go to this link

    Thanks a lot. ;)

It would help to know your GPU and laptop make and model.

Also, you need to describe what you mean by "completely broken."

    Thanks for your reply, smellon

I apologize that I vaguely described the issue and didn't include complete information. However, my laptop model is MSI GE60 with GT650M vga.
Although "completely broken" is a bit exaggerated, what troubles me is that my gpu clock doesn't add accordingly to my batch file; the clock is stuck at default value.
It wouldn't work either even if I increase the amount of gpu clock in NvidiaInspector manually.

In conclusion, my batch file which contains "setGpuClock:0,2,1080" function no more affects my gpu clock after an installation of 313.96 beta driver; It will work again only if I re-install an older driver.

I hope this makes it more clear, thanks again. :)

I'm having the same exact problem. After the 313.96 update I can't clock my GPU above 1080. I've reverted to 310.90 and the problem resolves itself. I have an ASUS G75 (Geforce GTX 660m). Nice to know someone else is having the same problem, thought it was just me. Now, hopefully, a fix. I've sent a report to Nvidia already.

Nvidia does not officialy support overclocking. They wont do anything about it. Who you should contact is the designer or distributer of NVinspector.
