I mean this is so bad coz people are able to get around P1200 with my same config ! Why is this? Am i supposed to do something with the graphics card because i heard someone telling somewhere that on a new PC,you gotta do something with the graphics card ! If not what exactly is the problem?
P.S- I was not running any applications on the background, just the chrome browser was open and was just running facebook !

I also got these messages on the results page :
Your result has the following problem(s) and will not be shown for example on leaderboards:: Graphics driver is not approved.(What is this?)
Your Score is Low Compared to Similar Systems.
There may be a problem. -
Were you running on battery or plugged in? Battery might reduce performance considerably. Also, monitor your temps and make sure your CPU and/or GPU isn't throttling down due to overheating, which could be due to a bad application of thermal paste or bad setting of the heatsink.
I wouldn't worry too much about the results page info. My GTX 485m tells me it's below similar machines when I know as a fact it is not. -
Ohh..am running on battery and that too, power saver mode ! Dint know that it made a difference, thank you
And true..i too dont usually check these, but jus curious !
But can you answer me please whether there is something i have to do with my graphics card? Am kinna ignorant about this,so should i do some updating driver or stuff for graphic card? If yes, please tell me how to ! -
Updating the drivers is always a good idea. However, start by running from the AC power instead of battery. You'll be surprised at how much a difference it makes. When you're on power saving and battery, the video card is operating at much lower performance than what it can do in order to save energy and prolong battery life.
As for the drivers, you first have to verify if your GPU can support the drivers from AMD or if it needs a driver modified by HP. I'm pretty sure it's the former, but make sure just in case. If it can take the drivers from AMD, go to AMD's website and get the latest drives which are Catalyst 11.6 right now. -
That certainly cleared things, thanks ! Would add rep,but dont have any :/ Lol !
P 668 ? :(
