where did you read about MGRR not being demanding, plus your GTX 760M OC can deal with 1080p high details (if not ultra) without any trouble :)

Those system requirements are a bit ridiculous for a last-gen console game. Minimum Sandy Bridge quad-core and GTX 560M? I smell a bad console port...

To give you some perspective, the min spec for this game is higher than:

    Crysis 3
    Far Cry 3
    Battlefield 4
    Metro: Last Light
    Tomb Raider
    BioShock Infinite
    ARMA III
    Assassin's Creed IV

    Yeah...

i think that they are okay..cause gtx 650ti is on level with 770M and 650 gtx is than 760m or 765m...that is probably for 60fps..at least i hope so

and now all focuses on rockstar to port gta v better than gta iv..and i miss red dead redemption on pc :(

You're a mystery to me, not just because your posts are hard to understand.

I mean, here you complain about Metro: Last Light's supposedly poor optimization when you're trying to kill your laptop GPU by running it at Very High with 4x SSAA. Do you understand what 4x supersampling means? It means you're rendering the game at 4K. Of course it's gonna be a slideshow. There isn't a laptop in existence that can handle it. 4x SSAA is for desktops with quad-SLI GTX 690's or tri-SLI GTX Titans. Metro: Last Light is pretty well-optimized, certainly much better than Metro 2033 was. It has better graphics and runs faster at the same settings, not to mention depth of field no longer cuts frame rates in half like it did before.

But now we have what appears to be a genuine poorly-optimized console port, if the system requirements are anything to go by, yet it doesn't upset you? Unless Metal Gear Rising receives a massive graphical facelift or something to actually justify that obscene min spec, I'm convinced this is just another Halo 2 or GTA IV. A decidedly average-looking game, even by last-gen console standards, should absolutely not require a quad-core CPU and midrange GPU as a bare minimum.

too much CPU requirements for a simple game, same for the GPU, it's DX9 !
    my laptop can handle the DX 9 games med-high @ 768p !

I think sasuke's point was once the GPU hits 100%, why does it matter if it's 1440p, 1080p or 4K? 100% is 100% regardless of resolution no? As long as temps are under control why does it matter?

He could have brought up the point that stuttery gameplay kill your eyes.. The message is sound at least--use graphics settings appropriate for one's hardware specs..

If stuttery gameplay kills one's eyes, I'd be blind by now, considering I used to play Crysis at 10-15 FPS. ;)
