    I recently bought a logitech dual action contrller, and I have a severe problem. The POV is mapped to the left analog stick, and the movement is mapped to the right analog stick. I don't need to tell you how awkward this is. I tried switching the left and right analog sticks, but the problem lies in the the left analog stick performing the function of the d-pad, and vice versa. Swapping the dpad and left analog as well as swapping the left and right, makes the right analog the POV, and the dpad the right joystick. The left becomes the dpad. The true problem is that the left analog doesn't have functionality to be an actual analog stick. Only the right does.

    My question, what controller has the actual analog functionality in both analog sticks?

    I saw a 360 controller, but it looks awkward. Not only that, but it costs 60 dollars.

    Yes it does have analog ability in both sticks, I have owned 2 of them and the wireless version too. I actually far prefer the wireless version as it is actually more durable and has an anti sweat coating.

    From a similar thread...

    A wired 360 controller should cost ~$25 on ebay, or used at microcenter, and $40 new. (in the US at least)

    As far as I can tell NO! 32 bit only so far.
    360 controller is not to bad you just have to get used to it you can also use a reg. 360 controller if you download the drivers.

    @Count Kaiser

    Check out this Mapping Software, its really easy to use and works with almost all gamepads.

    http://www.pinnaclegameprofiler.com/ :D It's free to try, (30 days) then its $19.99usd, but completely worth it in my opinion.

    Works wonders with my Xbox360 gamepad, I even change things in games that already work with the controller. (I.E. "Crysis" I can now prone with my gamepad, and cursor speed fixed.)

    Give it a try, if it doesn't work, you won't be out anything.

    Peace :cool:

    I fixed the problem.

    Apparently there's a mode button that switches the Dpad and the left analog stick. With it off, everything works fine.

    I feel so stupid.... :(
