I know there are tv tuners for express slots, but i was wondering if there are any high end graphics cards that come for the express slot or am i saying something ignorant?

There are no graphics cards (high or low) for the ExpressCard slot. There are a few threads in regards to this, but the answer pretty much comes down to: no, not gonna happen.

At first glance, the slot specs do seem to hover around the possibility, but if I recall there are some major shortcomings to it being a viable alternative.
