Hi there!
i have got a laptop with a 8400gs, and, after having installed Pro evolution soccer 2008 (winning eleven), there seems to be a problem. The computer does not want to load the savegame. It just loads de default configuration (players positions, piece takers, in-game language...)
I have tried reinstalling the game, deleting all the registry entries without any luck. At the game forums they dont really want to listen to me.... but i know you will!!!
helllp me!
(By the way, the computer was formatted 2 weeks ago, so no virus or **** on the background)![]()

Sounds like a problem with the game itself, I suggest you check out the official game support.

it is because of the game itself. use a controller to solve the problem. it only occurs when the user is playing the game with keyboard. if u insist on playing with keyboard, then you just load the save games manually from the settings in the game everytime you start. -
There's a way around that small "bug" or feature...
Check this out: http://rs180.rapidshare.com/files/65483719/PPJoySetup.rar
Install that (XP 32bit, Vista 32bit) and it will create a virtual Joystick you can assign to Settings.exe.
That way PES2008 will always have a gamepad and will save settings and everything else. -
i don't have any of these kind of problems..
,,did you install 1.1 patch,,seems there are tons of problem if you don't update the patch.. -
PES 2008 isnt a fan of my laptop!!
