I have a 4500MHD Intel integrated chip in my new HP, and a 9600M GT 512MB DDR2 in my Pavilion dv5t.

Ati hd3470 x 2 Hybrid crossfire Here

whatever doesn't have switchable intel gfx
-
4850 here.

nVIDIA 8600M GT DDR2 Bumpgate Edition. Powerwise, it's plenty powerful enough for what I need. Serious Error-wise, it's much more prolific than what I want. I probably could send my laptop in to Dell for a warranty replacement (likely of the whole system, resulting in one with ATI graphics) whenever I wanted, but the 8600M GT is doing well enough that it's still fun to play games for an hour or so before it crashes, and it's still much better than a GMA X3100 would be. But I do hope that in 6 months I can be voting ATI in these polls.

8600M GT 512MB for now. Next will hopefully be 280M.
Yeah, Nvidia. -
A GTX260M here...
-
280m
but interested in seeing what the 5xxx mobile can do... -
ati :O here
-
HD 3870 ... sometimes switches to Intel X3100 in Binary GFX mode ;-)

I've actually never used an ATi card personally, all of the computers I've had have been Nvidia cards or (older) Intels.
9600m GT for me. -
Intel 4500MHD.

Nvidia 8600M GT but my experience with nvidia leads me to prefer an ati card from here on out.

Nvidia seems to be doing very well in the poll, considering the whole faulty gpu fiasco.
-
Intel GMA 4500m HD here.
It handles all my HD video needs and even gives me great battery life. I do my gaming on my Xbox 360, so I value endurance more on my notebook. -

Do you think there are more faulty gpu`s than just the known ones from the 8000 series.
-
Always had Nvidia's, going to try Ati.

nice, good results for nvidia. Especially on ati fanboy forum like this one. I still love how GTX280m and soon GTX285m. Which is a 4 year old design now is basically 90% as fast as the new ATI cards that ATi spend trillions in development and marketing to hype up Ati fanboys. But hey, competition is good ^^
-
-
I've got one of each. Green or Red are both good.
-
I think you are the only fanboy here, and not from ATI.
BTW, do you like the way nvidia works? Releasing that "4 year old design" and deceiveing the general public to think that its new technology? -
i had sli 7950 gtx, but now i have an intel 950gma and a 5770 in my desktop
-
nVidia GTX 260m Notebook and ATI HD 3200 Netbook
-
erformance (and overall performance) perspective, but would rather have ATI if we bought now.

9800 GTS 1GB here, although I'm giving Nvidia just one more chance, then I'm making the switch and it ain't to intel.
7600 go in my HP went belly up after 14 months....................defective , but no one would fix it.
Then I ordered my current notebook, Sager 5793, 9800GTS 512mb, dedicated video card, don't have to replace the whole motherboard, as was the case with my HP, but......................just two weeks after recieving my notebook, the NVIDIA 9800 went belly up, sent back for repair, paid extra for the 1gb, I know it doesn't make that much difference and no problems since !
Anyways , thats 2 strikes against Nvidia, 3 and their out and ATI's in ! -
-
Yes, as I'm sure ATI spent Trillions....................get real fanboy !
-
I'm sorry ! -
Mobility Radeon 4850 FTW!
I've always backed ati for some reason. I have had a few nvidia mobile chips break on me thats all. -
Intel, unfortunately. My next notebook will have Nvidia though.
