So, of those of you who've downloaded the beautifully sized Pariah Demo, what do you think?
I've only played it for an hour or two, and I have to say I quite like it. Weapons feel good and graphically the game's quite stunning.

I see what you mean.
However, although it is 'another deathmatch shooter', it's nice to have some diversity in the genre. If video game companies only made one deathmatch game people would get bored (obviously) so it's always refreshing to get a different game with a different setting, different weapons and so on.
Admittedly it is the same ****, different game, but it's nice to be deathmatching in a different world.

I think the graphics are nice, however I feel that gameplay is nothing special. To me it is just another deathmatch game on the same old quake engine. I know a lot of people will like it, but personally deathmatch isn't my favorite style and I've never really much cared for the quake engine games. I think there are too many games with not really any differences.

Well, I haven't played the Demo, but I have played the XBOX full release, and I enjoy it a lot! Nothing like the vibrato reply of a Bulldog Rifle in the morning! Hah! [
] I'm considering getting it for PC, it'll all depend on how much I get to like the XBOX version. As for the game itself, I don't find the gameplay spectacular or innovative in any way, and I would have preferred some more ingenious weapons, but it's not as if I would turn the game away for sticking with the classics.
