Is passive cooling good enough for high end gaming? Or is there a lower performance range where it excels?![]()

I admit knowing very little about it, hence my questions. What is it good for? Low-end graphics? Mid-range?

Passive cooling is not a viable option for heat monsters like gaming GPU's. It cannot dissipate enough heat to keep the gpu core cool. It will need active cooling.
