    I want to update assassin's creed to the latest 1.02 patch however i have installed it in:
    C:\gamesas\Assassin's Creed
    rather than the normal install directory, and when i try to update it this happens:

    any ideas on a solution?

    Temporarily rename the folder?

    Cant you update through the game instead of downloading the stand alone update?
