AMD GPU tool?
Rivatuner?
Atitool? -
this has been reported to work with vaios with an 4650: http://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/1383/GPUTool_Community_Technology_Preview_1.html
i use it myself on my hp for clocks and fan control, works flawlessly.
the only downside is that there's no way to apply the clocks automatically, nor do any of the saving options work yet 'cos it's quite an early test version.
however, it may well be the only tool that'll work for you.
rivatuner might also work, but u'll have to mod an ini file of its to force it to recognize the card. (not nearly as sure if it'd work tho)
