    Hi.
In this thread I want to show you my personal performance results from comparision of four system cases:
1 - Windows 11 with bloatware and stock ram
2 - Windows 11 with bloatware and overclocked ram
3 - Windows 11 without bloatware and with few tweaks/apps and overclocked ram
4 - Windows 10 without bloatware and with few tweaks/apps and overclocked ram

    My laptop specs:
    Clevo P870TM1-G 9900K P0, 64 GB B-Die Mempry, Corsair MP510 1TB/Samsung PM961 256GB, 2x Nvcidia GTX 1080 Notebook in SLI.

At the beginning in all cases CPU was locked with Throotle Stop 9.4.2 at 4.7 GHz and undervolted -100.6 mV,
GPUs were locked with MSI afterburner 4.6.4 at 1430 MHz and 0,700 V, installed Nvidia 497.29 drivers and fans were set on maximum speed using FN + 1 for comparision.

For benchmarking I used 3dmark11, TimeSpy, Shadow of The Tomb Raider benchmark (DX12, exclusive fullscreen, no V-Sync, no AA and highest graphics preset, Subnautica below zero save near edge of the world (in nvidia settings SLI mode set to AFR2). In all cases graphics settings were the same.

1 - Windows 11 with bloatware and stock ram

In the first attempt ram timings were set to stock 2400 CL17. Windows 11 (10.0.22000) was installed with all available updates, then Discord, Firefox and Steam, logitech G-Hub, Clevo Control Center 1.0.62.0, Nvidia 497.29 drivers with geforce experience.

3dmark11 results were between 26920 and 27079, TimeSpy 11056 and 11076, Shadow of the Tomb Raider average FPS between 117 - 118, Subnautica FPS ~ 130

2 - Windows 11 with bloatware and overclocked ram

This time RAM was overclocked to 3000 CL15, rest remain unchanged

3dmark11 results were between 27903 and 28512, TimeSpy 11194 and 11208, Shadow of the Tomb Raider average FPS between 130 - 132, Subnautica FPS ~ 143

3 - Windows 11 without bloatware and with few tweaks/apps and overclocked ram

In the third attempt instalation of windows 11 was without internet access. Nvidia drivers were installed via NVCleaninstall 1.12.0 only with PhysiX and HD audio via HDMI components then in next windows Disable Installer Telemetry & Adversting, Unattendend Express Instalation, Perform a Clean Installation. On Expert Tweaks - Disable Driver Telemetry and HDCP. I used O&O ShutUp10++ to disable telemetry, apps in background and other unnecessary things wich I would never use. InSpectre was also used becouse of P0 revision for Spectre and Meltdown protection disable. At the end instead of Clevo Control Center, ObsidianPC equivalent programs were installed (Control Station:, Fan Control, Keyboard LED). Then laptop went online to download all updates, steam, benchmark programms.

3dmark11 results were between 29647 and 29709, TimeSpy 11236 and 11244, Shadow of the Tomb Raider average FPS ~`137, Subnautica FPS ~ 171. Becouse Tomb Raider benchmark was showing 7% gpu bottleneck GPUs were set to 1860 MHz at 0,900 V and final result was avreage 146 - 147 FPS with 0% gpu bottleneck.

4 - Windows 10 without bloatware and with few tweaks/apps and overclocked ram

In the last attempt secure booot and TPM was disabled in bios, instalation of windows 10 was without internet access and on MP510 for daily use (I don't want to change it) with steps from third section.

3dmark11 results were between 31419 and 31441, TimeSpy 11375 and 11380, Shadow of the Tomb Raider average FPS ~`139, Subnautica FPS ~ 173. Becouse Tomb Raider benchmark was showing 8% gpu bottleneck GPUs were set to 1860 MHz at 0,900 V and final result was avreage 144 - 148 FPS with 0% gpu bottleneck.

    Summary

Disabling unnecessary things like telemetry, background apps and using lightweight unofficial programms gived me up to 33% performance increase.

Using Clevo Control Center decreased my 3dmark11 gpu score for about 1000 points in every case while installing ObsidianPC Control Station on Windows 10 and probably checking all windows tuning apart disable keyboard key increased my 3dmark11 gpu score from around 39600 to over 41000... with the same gpu clock (a surprise to be sure but a welcome one :D).

And that's all. If you have any questions, something to clarify, feel free to ask.

Thanks for these results. They essentially prove there is no reason to update to Windows 11. Even my non-techy friends hate it. LOL :D

Have you tried running Windows 10 LTSC? I bet you can get even better performance with that, and there isn't any bloatware to remove since there isn't any to begin with!

2020 is when I upgraded to Windows 10 when I bought a new desktop. I suspect when I get new machine is when I'll upgrade to 11.

    Hey.
Yesterday I tested Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 and 2021 form this thread http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/windows-10-enterprise-ltsc-2019-2021.833196/.

5 - Windows 10 Enterprise 2019 LTSC without bloatware and with few tweaks/apps and overclocked ram

Instalation was the same as 11 optimized and 10 Pro optimized

3dmark11 results were between 31013 and 31050, TimeSpy 11307 and 11347, Shadow of the Tomb Raider average FPS ~`137, Subnautica FPS ~ 173. Becouse Tomb Raider benchmark was showing 6% gpu bottleneck GPUs were set to 1860 MHz at 0,900 V and final result was avreage 143 - 146 FPS with 0% gpu bottleneck.

*I would like to add, that this results were without Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling "HAGS" so there was a small performance penalty (at least with SLI setup). HAGS was added on Windows 10 May 2020 Update (version 20H1)

6 - Windows 10 Enterprise 2021 LTSC without bloatware and with few tweaks/apps and overclocked ram

Instalation was the same as 11 optimized and 10 Pro optimized

3dmark11 results were between 31427 and 31542, TimeSpy 11384 and 11450, Shadow of the Tomb Raider average FPS ~`140, Subnautica FPS ~ 173/174. Becouse Tomb Raider benchmark was showing 8% gpu bottleneck GPUs were set to 1860 MHz at 0,900 V and final result was avreage 144 - 145 FPS with 0% gpu bottleneck.

After testing on Samsung 256 GB SSD I decided to make 10 2021 Enterprise as main system. Before that I run again tests on 10 Pro daily and after installing 10 2021 LTSC on MP510 and testing the performance was a little better on it. I also changed SLI profile bits in Nvidia Profile Inspector 2.3.0.13 to Witcher 3 and FPS jumped from 173/174 to over 310... I wish I could find decent SLI profile for Monster Hunter World Iceborne

On bloated 11 I had 130 FPS in Subnautica. On optimized 10 Enterprise 2021 173/174.

Is there any particular advantage to being on enterprise over pro? A few times I have heard is performs better, though from this review, a debloated win 10 with telemetry taken off seems to be within margin of error for top performance.

i don't know how much bloatware for windows you uses. o_O
..,but clean windows iso vs EXTREME cleaned windows is identical system.

only if you run on RAM limits,..,., here exist small difference. "page file activity"

    edit

extreme ??? MSMG iso mods / DISM mods / no services /
system RAM usages reduced 50./. or lower .,,now using normal CLEAN windows + WDP "no page file" and all is identical :D "win10"

I forgot to ask you, how do you go about doing all this debloating? Enterprise optimized is about on par with W10 Pro optimized, so I am curious.

    windows stock sucks
    windows tweaked is epic
