    Play game with ATI Xpress 200M

    I have Compaq Pressario M2225AP with
    AMD Turion64 ML28 1.6Ghz
    ATI Xpress 200M with 128 Mb share memory
    Ram 768 Mb PC 2700

    I have problem while play COD2, It doesn't run smoothly althogh I set graphic to medium performance (DirectX 7 rendering). I also play COD United Offensive Extension Pack and it's doesn't run smoothly too. What should I do or what games I can play? I hear that ATI xpress 200M can play DOOM3 but this game have minimum require than COD United Offensive so can I play DOOM3.
    Anyway, I play SWAT4 very smoothly.

    Did you try setting COD2 to low settings? It sounds like the game isn't running smoothly because of bad / slow framerates? Perhaps if you set the game settings to low or change the resolution to somthing like 800 x 600 it will run smoother, and at higher framerates making the game a lot more playable. The ATI Xpress 200M card is a shared card and isn't a high proformance card, so you will have to run high end games at low settings.

    Yes, I have try to set the graphic to low performance and it's playable but the graphic is very bad for me so I have uninstall this game from my notebook. :D
