    No.

A very select group of notebooks (a couple Alienwares, and I believe a Toshiba) have an HDMI in port that would allow you to display the content of an Xbox 360 on the computer's screen, but that's it.

Actually im pretty sure there is a way to get a usb adapter to allow you to use the display. Im not completely sure on that, but im sure there is a possible way through usb

EDIT** I actually just looked up and found a way to use it through usb. The only problem with this is it wont be in HD. you can actually buy an EasyCap off of amazon and it will work, and they are relatively cheap.

from what i read those usb ones are actually very finicky and dont give you stable performance, USB is problematic to provide image to a screen if you dont have a gpu to deal with some of that load

Plus if there is any latency it would be a poor experience. Some type of fast usb capture device would be best, but it's not going to be great. Why not just carry around a small hdmi supporting monitor at that :).

Like others have said above, it wont be too efficient, your better off just sticking with a tv or monitor.

Not to mention any kind of input that allows the Xbox to display on the laptop's screen still won't allow use of the laptop's input as the OP wants. I'm sure there are keyboard and mouse options for the Xbox 360, but the laptop would just be a poor man's TV screen for the console.
