Hey there! Before I upgrade my m15x graphics card to either the GTX 570m, GTX 660m, or the GTX 765m, I want to know whether or not I am on the right path. From the information I got from the FAQ section on na.alienwarearena.com I am able to upgrade to these cards with my 150w power supply. Do I understand this correctly? What other information do I need to know? I would really appreciate any help I can get. I really want to avoid any nightmare situations.

    My system:
    Windows 7 Home Premium
    Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU Q 720 @ 1.60GHz, 1597 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
    BIOS Version/Date Alienware A01, 10/8/2009
    SMBIOS Version 2.6
    Installed Physical Memory 8.00gb
    Current Graphic Card: GTX 260m

    Thanks for the help!

I would suggest getting a 240W PSU and upgrading to a 7970M... You might also want o upgrade your BIOS to the latest version.. A01 is totally outdated... Supposedly svl7 got a 970M working in the 15x so that might be an option too...

7970m seconded, it is a marvelous card and even though it doesnt score 8k on 3dmark11 it has a very respectable performance in gaming!
