    NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 630M Graphics with 1GB GDDR3
    NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 630M Graphics with 2GB GDDR3
    NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 650M Graphics with 1GB GDDR3
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX660M 2GB
    ATI mobility radeon hd5470
    AMD Radeon HD 6490M

Actually i hav found a laptop to buy with following configuration
    Processor & Memory:
    •3rd generation Intel Core i7-3610QM Processor 2.3GHz
    •6MB L3 Cache
    •8GB DDR3 System Memory (2 Dimm)

    Drives:
•1TB (5400 RPM) Hard Drive with HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection
•32GB mSSD Hard Drive Acceleration Cache

    Graphics & Video:
    •15.6" High Definition LED BrightView Display (1366 x 768)
    •NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 630M Graphics with 1GB GDDR3 memory [HDMI, VGA]

I am worried if the NVIDIA GT 630M 1 Gb will not be enough to play games like diablo 3, mass effect3 etc.

I have played these games on my current laptop that uses ATI mobility radeon hd5470

so if i get an idea about the relative performances of the cards, it wud be great. :(

notebookcheck.net. You'll find information and benchmarks on every card you listed. The 630 will run games on low for the most part.

Get the 660M, and the FHD screen (1920x1080p)

768p are considered the worst screen resolution (13"-up) and the 630M is just a rebranded 540M
