The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

lol black ops promised the users a mod tool? I won't be surprised if they charge for it when and if they release it.

Black Ops Mod Tools Should Arrive In May | Kotaku Australia

    Totally

Everyone has gave up on them. How hard it is to make mod tools in a 10 year old engine...?

I read some comments and most of them make sense lol. Activision wants to make as much money as possible out of their map DLCs before they release the mod tool lol. Why do I have a feeling that they will cancel the mod tool and keep releasing paid DLCs? :)

Im so looking forward to see what a proper gaming community can make with map SDK, and not resort into buying $$$ dlc.
