I am using a laptop with i7-2630qm and ATI 6770m, the game that i am only playing is Dota2, my laptop able to run Dota2 in 1080p with all setting on (high setting, 4x~5x fps). Wondering if surface pro 2 with i5 4200u and intel HD4400 able to performance par or at least 3x~4x fps with same setting as my old laptop? Thanks.

No. Radeon 6770m is a decently powerful dedicated GPU with it's own RAM. It is 2-3 times the power of the HD 4400. Plus the i7-2630QM offers a lot more CPU power than the i5-4200U.

Indeed. You will be lucky to even run Dota2 on HD4400 at all...
