Aquamark 3 is the only benchmark utility I have right now.
I just got a Lenovo T61p with the following specs:
CPU Intel T9300
GPU NVIDIA FX570m with 256mb DDR3 with tweaked 8600m GT Drivers
RAM 2GB DDR2 667mhz
OS Windows 32bit XP Pro
Not Overclocked
Aquamark 3 Score score of 112,316

Aquamark 3 demo can be downloaded for free here:

Plays Bioshock in high settings.(minus Direct X 10 for Vista only)

Thanks for posting.
This thread would appreciate your machine specs and text score. (just in case your image gets zapped.) -
MacBook Pro (15.4 inch)

RAM: 4GB DDR2 667MHz
OS: Windows 32bit Vista Ultimate

Aquamark 3 Score score of 92,375 -
aquamark is such a dated benchmark
-
But it still runs on vista
-
Not a good benchmark, my desktop scored just over 128,000.
-
That is a good score.
Aquamark 3 is the first and only benchmark Utility I have been able to test my new T61p with. If I had another video card gaming benchmark utility I would use it.
Why do you think the Aquamark 3 benchmark utility is no good?
It worked fine for me.
Gives us somthing to see at least.
Also if you could please post the results for your notebook. -
you scored ~20,000 points below me with a slightly high-end notebook workstation card (i beleive thats the 8700GT equivalent right?) with a dual core processor. Plus just comparing the visuals side by side to 3dmark06, the latter is much more impressive. Synthetic benchmarks aren't a whole lot useful anyways.
-
The problem with Aquamark is that it's heavily CPU based, so it doesn't reflect video card/chipset performance well. Oh yes, it's only single-threaded as well, so a slightly faster dual core can easily outscore a quad core.
-
I have a T61p with a FX 570m configured to 8600m GT.
From a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. install:
If I had 3dmark06 I would run it. This thread isn't about 3dmark06 benchmark scores though, it's about Aquamark 3 benchmark scores. -
If that is true then Aquamark 3 makes for a decent notebook GPU benchmark utility since most notebooks don't have quad core CPU technology. (yet).
-
Right now Dual Core is king for everything besides media encoding and a minority of games like Supreme Commander. -
How about posting some Aquamark 3 benchmark scores from your new Mac Book Pro. -
I got 137,582. What is a good score don't know much about Aquamark, looks like it would be a fun game though.
-
It's not a game. It is a benchmark utility to measures how well a "game rig" can play a game.
Your score is very good. What are your specs?
Can you post a screen shot? -

I saw that earlier but didn't relate the username to the post.
Thanks. -
